Moussaka
Minced lamb in a rich tomato sauce, layered with aubergine and potato slices, topped with a creamy yogurt and cheese sauce, served with green salad & garlic bread.

Rare fillet of Beef with Horseradish & Rocket
Fillet of beef cooked rare in a peppercorn crust served with creamed horseradish, wild rocket and croutons. With new potatoes, fine beans and baby carrots.

Beef Carbonade
Beef cooked slowly in ale to give a rich flavour, served with herb dumplings, potatoes and glazed beans and carrots.

Boeuf Bourguignonne
Beef cooked in red wine with button onions, mushrooms and bacon lardons, served with potato & celeriac mash and French beans.

Pork Medallions with Mushrooms
Slices of pork fillet pan-fried in a creamy mustard & mushroom sauce, served with roast potato wedges & green beans.

Salmon en croute
Whole salmon fillets stuffed with herbed butter and baked in puff pastry served with new potatoes and tomato and watercress salad.

Exotic Fish Pie
A luscious mixture of fish such as salmon, cod, natural smoked haddock, large prawns, mussels and scallops bound in a white wine and parsley sauce with button mushrooms cooked under a puff pastry lid. Served with new potatoes and green salad.

Seafood Lasagne
Layers of luscious fish in a creamy sauce layered with sheets of lasagne and spinach, topped with melted cheese, served with garlic bread and green salad.

Salmon with lime & ginger
Tranche of salmon baked with a fresh lime & ginger sauce. Served with parsley mashed potatoes & pak choy.

Salmon Asparagus Terrine
Fresh salmon & asparagus layered together and wrapped in smoked salmon. Served with new potatoes & a mixed leaf salad.

Salmon nicoise
A decorative dish of poached salmon with prawns, asparagus, beans, egg, olives and lentils and rice.

Gently spiced, aromatic flavoured dish with aubergine, courgette & chick peas, served with couscous, garlic bread and green salad.

Roasted Vegetable Lasagne
Roasted aubergine, courgette, pepper and tomato layered with pasta and bechamel sauce topped with melted cheese. Served with garlic bread, fresh Parmesan and green salad

Crespolini
Cannelloni filled with Spinach and ricotta cheese, smothered with rich cheese sauce and oven baked, served with garlic bread and green salad.

Aubergine & Coconut Curry

You are welcome to choose any of the sample menus as they appear or you may prefer to add or substitute any or all of the dishes with a choice from the First Serve menus above. This may, of course, affect the price (either up or down).
